Is WORK89 a recruitment agency?
No. WORK89 is software. It does not place anyone in a job, does not take any part of an agency's fee, and does not charge people who look for work.
Can I use it now?
The recruitment room is being tested with selected agencies. Access is given by WORK89 to an email address. Ask us and we will tell you what happens next.
How do my recruiters join?
The owner of the agency invites them by email. Each person signs in with their own WORK89 account and gets their own member code. Everyone agrees to the agency terms themselves.
How do people end up in my talent pool?
Only if they chose to be open to agencies, and only after they say yes to your request. Their sharing lasts 6 months, and they can stop it at any time, after which they leave your pool.
Do people pay to be found by an agency?
Never. People looking for work pay nothing to be found, contacted or placed.
What does it cost an agency?
Access is currently by invitation. If WORK89 introduces charges for agencies, you will be told before anything changes. WORK89 never takes a share of a placement fee.
What about privacy law?
Your agency is responsible for the way it uses people's information, and WORK89 stores it for you under written terms. Agencies may only contact people who agreed, may not export lists, and must follow the Protection of Personal Information Act.
